Write Intentionally with Jesus — with Your Whole Heart

“Let the beloved of the Lord rest secure in him, for he shields him all day long, and the one the Lord loves rests between his shoulders.” Deut33:12

Take the challenge to write as the Beloved — in community.

Writing from the heart is powerful. When we intentionally write with our hearts, we invite Jesus to meet with us — in the intimacy of our journey.

Writing, we become the Beloved.  His Beloved.

Research shows 15-20 minutes of expressive writing just three or four times in the course of four months makes a difference in emotional and physical well-being (improving mood, lowering stress levels and depressive symptoms).

Writing is also a deeply spiritual act of faith.

Because we were all made to be known.  Let’s explore topics of faith together.

Share your voice. Click on the latest Thursday post below to receive this week’s writing prompt.

Other Prompts:

– moments of beauty and rest
– feeding your soul
– your alone time with God

Or choose your own open writing prompt.  Be you.

Here’s How It Works

Brew up a post. Swap some stories.

Beloved Brews Linkup

Welcome to our Beloved Brews weekly link-up! You’re a kindred spirit, so I’m asking you to pour out a little love with your words every Thursday {link-up at the end of the blog post}. Simply write a blog post from your heart about what God’s sharing with you and then share it here. Don’t have a blog? You can write a comment. If you’re reading this by email,  go to thebonniegray.com to read the comments & share your voice too.

Important! Please use the Beloved Brews button in your blog post so others can easily join in with us {use this html code above}. And when you link up your post, take a moment to leave an encouraging comment on the one that’s linked up just before yours. Thanks, sweet kindreds!

** Share the moments that touch your heart with God’s beauty and rest.  Use the hashtag #spiritualwhitespace on Twitter/Instagram.

It’ll be fun to see your spiritual whitespace moments!

May the writing prompt bring you to a quiet place inside your soul and spark a soul conversation to share with us in community.
